1. About product

2. How to order ( Ordering process)

First of all, please place an order for what you are interested in and enclose the order sheet with your email address. On receipt of your order, we would check our stock as soon as possible and if it is available, we will email you a confirmation as well as a "Payment Request" if you have chosen Paypal or Xcoin as the payment, which contains the detailed information about terms of payment. On arrival of your payment, we will deliver the goods within 2 working days (the time of delivery excluded)

3. Shipping & Tracking

Goods can be shipped by express courier

• By express courier, it is a door to door service, your can get goods within 3~5 days about after delivery effected, and also you can check the package status online with its tracking No. We use DHL, APEX, FEDEX, EMS, TNT and UPS etc ......Shipping Cost: USA US$20, Asia US$18, else Country US$25 (per Package)
  - We ship to worldwide
  - After we send out the products, we will show you shipping tracking number to check the status
  - Usually parcel will arrive to you after 3-5 working days when we send out

Notice: Shipping cost will be change according to different countries and different season. So if the cost is changed we won't declare right now. The actual cost should be counted after you place order.

4. Payment method

5. Does the T.&.CO jewerly come with the T.&.CO's packaging?

All of our products do not come with T.&.CO 's packaging in order to quote you bottom prices. However, we have prepared 4-piece packaging if needed.

6. How to decide size of rings?

It's easy :-) ,Please choose your size here! Enclose the order sheet with the size you want or email the size to us separately.
